Digital Downloads are available for a three day period after purchase

There is no copy protection included in any of the files and they will play on any PC or Mac, iPod, Mobile Phone, MP3 player etc.

The eCommerce area of the site is run by Barclays Bank plc and online transactions are therefore handled with the highest possible regard to security. Word Is Out Records do not hold any customer information whatsoever on their website. Barclaycard Business process all transactions themselves on their own secure servers.

A brief word about copyright.

The music on this site is protected by copyright law and is owned by the label and the artists. Using internet services that promote the illegal distribution of copyrighted music, or making illegal copies of CDs is damaging to the artists concerned. Independent labels and artists can create and produce the best music there is, but need to be paid for the sales of their music to do so. All independent record labels appreciate your support and understanding in this matter.
